Key features

Adjustable quality for JPEG and WebP
Compress many images at once, zipped on download
One file downloads directly, more than one downloads as a zip
Images never leave your device

Choose an image, then adjust the quality slider and output format to shrink its file size — a live preview shows the result and how much smaller it is compared to the original, so you can find the right balance before downloading.

The image is never uploaded anywhere — it’s decoded and re-encoded entirely on your device using the browser’s built-in Canvas API.

How to use

  1. Choose your images

Click to browse, or drag and drop one or more JPEG, PNG, or WebP images onto the box.

  2. Adjust quality and format

Drag the quality slider and switch formats. Every image updates together, so you compare the same trade-off across the whole batch.

  3. Download the result

One image downloads directly; more than one bundles into a single zip.

Frequently asked questions

Are my images uploaded anywhere?

No. Every image is decoded and re-encoded entirely in your browser using the Canvas API. Nothing ever leaves your device, no matter how many you add.

Why does PNG not get much smaller?

PNG is a lossless format, so the quality slider has no effect on it; file size mostly depends on image complexity. For photos, switching to JPEG or WebP usually gives much bigger size reductions since both support adjustable lossy compression.

Does compressing many images at once lose more quality than doing them one at a time?

No. Each image is compressed independently at the quality you set. Processing them together only changes how you download the results, not how any single image is encoded.
